Can I try WPControl for free?
Yes! The Free plan includes 1 WordPress site and 100 API calls per month with no credit card required. You can upgrade anytime.
How does billing work?
All billing is handled securely through Freemius. You can choose monthly or annual billing (save ~16% with annual). Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my API quota?
You will receive a warning at 80% usage. Once you hit the limit, API calls will be temporarily blocked until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your quota.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact support@wpcontrol.dev for refund requests.
What payment methods are accepted?
Through Freemius, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and select regional payment methods. All transactions are securely processed with PCI DSS compliance.
