1. The Service
WPControl is a SaaS that helps you manage multiple WordPress sites from a single dashboard. Core features include:
- Automatic backups and one-click restore
- Uptime and performance monitoring
- Security scans
- Core, plugin and theme update management
- Unified management of posts, comments, users and plugins
- Alerts and weekly reports
2. Accounts
- Members sign up with a valid email and are responsible for safeguarding their account and password.
- You may not impersonate others or register with false information.
- Each account belongs to a single organization (tenant).
3. Authority over connected sites
You may only connect WordPress sites that you own or are duly authorized to manage. You are solely responsible for any consequences of connecting a site without authorization.
4. Fees and payment
- The Service is offered in free and paid plans.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance with no contract.
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops billing from the next cycle.
- Pricing and plan structure may change, with prior notice.
- Payment features are rolled out gradually; you are not charged until they are available.
5. Member obligations
- You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- You may not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
6. Changes and interruptions
The operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service, with prior notice for material changes. The Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, incidents, or force majeure.
7. Data and backups
The operator makes reasonable efforts to store your backup data securely and encrypted. Backups are a supplementary measure, and you are encouraged to keep your own backups of critical data. You retain ultimate responsibility for your data.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". The operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for damages arising from factors outside its control, such as your WordPress site, hosting, or third-party plugins. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved under applicable legal procedures.
10. Changes to these Terms
The operator may revise these Terms and will announce the effective date and content within the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
